組織のデフォルトのTTSエンジンを選択してください

デフォルトの音声合成 （ TTS ）（TTS）エンジンを選択し、オプションで言語ごとのデフォルトの音声を上書きします。

 メモ：   組織のデフォルトの音声合成 （ TTS ）（TTS）エンジンはGenesys TTSです。 Architectで追加のthird-対応 or 参加者 TTSエンジンにアクセスするには、まずGenesys AppFoundryからそれらを入手します。 次に、Genesys Cloudで構成します。 詳細については、 音声合成 （ TTS ）（TTS）エンジンについてをご覧ください。

  1. 管理をクリックします。
  2. アカウント設定で、組織設定をクリックします。
  3. クリックメニュー>アカウント>組織。
  4. クリック 設定 タブ。
  5. 下 テレフォニーデフォルトのTTSエンジンを選択します。
    • Genesys TTS（デフォルト）
    • インストールされているサード対戦相手 or 参加者 TTS統合
  6. （オプション）言語ごとのデフォルトの音声を上書きします。
    1. 下 言語の上書きクリック 追加する。
    2. 下 言語、 クリック  矢印をクリックして、リストから適切な言語を選択します。
    3. 下 エンジン、 クリック  矢印キーを押してこの言語に適したTTSエンジンを選択します。
    4. Under Voice, click the  arrow and select the default voice for this language.
      Note: You can select any voice that the selected TTS engine supports. The TTS voice does not need to match the flow’s language. For example, you can use a language as your flow’s default language for which Architect supports runtime speech recognition (“en-GB”), and at the same time, use a different TTS voice (“en-IE”) to meet your customers’ language needs.
