Log out of phone in embedded clients

When you are on queue in the client and want to log out of the phone, the client displays the Logout Phone option only if your administrator has assigned you the Telephony > Phone > Disassociate Self permission. The permission does not restrict you to log out of the phone while on queue.

If your administrator has not assigned this permission to you, then the Logout Phone option is not available and you cannot log out of your phone while on queue.This image is a screenshot of the embedded client that shows the Logout Phone option disabled.

After you go off queue, you can attempt to log out of the phone. Select a phone before you go on queue again. Click Confirm to log out of the phone.This image is a screenshot of the embedded client that shows the Logout Phone confirmation screen.
