Export active numbers
前提条件
- Genesys Cloud Voice 管理者 役割
On the Numbers tab of the Number Management page, you can export a list of active Genesys Cloud Voice numbers in your organization to a spreadsheet.
- 管理者をクリックします。
- Genesys Cloud Voiceで、 番号管理.
- クリック数字タブ。
- Click Export All Active Numbers.
The spreadsheet shows the active numbers in your organization and displays the following fields:
- 電話番号
- ステータス
- Emergency Capable
- 国
- 場所
- Effective Start Date
- Effective End Date
- Porting
- Purchased By
- Disconnected By
