Migrate to Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) model with the Google TTS integration

This article assumes that your organization contains published Architect flows that use Enhanced TTS with Google Voices, and describes how to migrate your existing flows to use the TTS engine from the Google TTS integration as a BYOT model.

This article applies to you if you are using Enhanced TTS with Google Voices in the following flows:

• Call flows
• Secure flows
• In-queue flows

Install and configure the Google TTS integration

Install, configure, and activate the Google TTS integration.

1. Install the Google TTS integration.
2. Activate and configure the Google TTS integration.

Select the Google TTS engine and voice for a flow

1. Architectホームページから、 依存関係検索 タブへ。
2. から 依存関係の種類を選択し 音声合成（TTS） エンジンリストから適切なものを選択。
3. From the Select an engine list, choose the appropriate engine that you are currently using.
4. 検索結果の一覧からフローを開くには、フロー名をクリックします。
5. 下 設定クリック サポートされている言語。
6. Locate the existing supported language.
7. サポートされている言語の[読み上げ]列で、次の操作を行います。
   1. 下 エンジンフローのTTSエンジンを選択します。
      • Google TTS: Select this option to use the Google TTS integration.
   2. 下声、テキストを読み上げたい音声を選択します。
      注記:選択した TTS エンジンがサポートする任意の音声を選択できます。TTS 音声はフローの言語と一致する必要はありません。例えば、al Architect が音声認識をサポートするフローのデフォルト言語として「en-GB」を選択し、同時に顧客の言語ニーズを満たすために別の TTS 音声「en-IE」を使用します。 。
8. フローを保存して公開します。
