キャンペーンまたはキャンペーンシーケンスのスケジュールエントリを削除する

スケジュール エントリを削除するには、次の手順に従います。

1. 管理をクリックします。

2. アウトバウンドのキャンペーン管理をクリックします。

3. スケジュールタブをクリックします。

4. To set the duration of time that appears in the calendar view, click Month, Week, or Day.

5. If necessary, navigate to the date of the schedule that you want to remove using the Next or Previous buttons.

   

6. スケジュール エントリをクリックします。[更新スケジュール] ダイアログ ボックスが開きます。

7. Click Remove. The system removes the schedule entry without prompting you to confirm the delete operation.

定期的なイベントを削除するには:

1. 削除する定期的なイベントをクリックします。表示されるダイアログボックスで、イベントを削除。
2. 定期的なイベントを削除するには、次のいずれかのオプションを選択します。
   1. 選択発生を削除。イベントの単一の発生が削除されます。
   2. 選択シリーズを削除。イベントの発生はすべて削除されます。
