Health Data Hosting – International Data Transfers Declaration (DSCP)
In accordance with the HDS Certification Framework v2.0, this section of the Genesys Cloud Resource Center serves as our public declaration regarding international access to personal health data. This information aims to ensure transparency for our customers in France, as well as towards regulatory bodies, and certification auditors.
Data storage and access location
All health data hosted by Genesys is stored exclusively in data centers (Availability Zones) located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and managed by Amazon Web Services.
In rare cases where the Genesys Customer Care teams need to provide remote administrative or support assistance, access occurs from outside the EEA. In those cases, we apply strict GDPR-compliant safeguards as well as supplementary measures documented in Transfer Impact Assessments.
