How can I access and collect logs for the GCBA Connector Microsoft Edge extension?
If you have installed Genesys Cloud Background Assistant (GCBA) with the Microsoft Edge extension for internal communication, you can find the corresponding logs in the following directory:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Genesys\GenesysCloudBackgroundAssistant\logs\gcba-native.log
