Add participants to an ACD conference call

ACD 電話会議を行うには、既存の ACD 通話に参加者を追加します。

会議には最大 20 人が参加できます。
たとえ2つの政党だけが残ったとしても、それは会議のままである。
会議に参加している場合は、コンサルト転送を実行できません。
クリックすると通話終了、他の参加者はあなたなしで続行します。参加者全員の通話を終了することはできません。
In an ACD conference call, you cannot put a party on hold like you can with a consult. For more information, see Consult with the intended recipient before transferring an ACD call.

参加者を追加するには、次の手順に従います。

From the current ACD call, above the Interaction Details, click Conference . The conference window appears.
[会議] ウィンドウで、名前の入力を開始します。 Genesys Cloud は、入力に一致するユーザー、キュー、外部連絡先を動的に表示します。
- すべての結果を表示するには、All をクリックします。
- Genesys Cloud のユーザーでフィルタリングするには、Users をクリックします。
- キューでフィルタリングするには、Queues をクリックします。
- 外部連絡先でフィルタリングするには、外部連絡先 をクリックします。
  メモ:

  - To call an external party who is not an External Contact, type their telephone number and click Conference .
From the results list, click the name of the person or queue to which you want to add to your existing call. Genesys Cloud conferences in the third participant.
To add more participants, click Conference , then click Invite Participant, and repeat steps 2 and 3.
Note: When other participants accept a conference invitation, they immediately join the conference and are able to hear and talk to other participants in the conference.
参加者をミュートまたは削除するには、会議をクリックし、次のいずれかをクリックします。
- 参加者をミュートするには、名前の横にあるをクリックします。ミュート。
  メモ： 他の Genesys Cloud ユーザーのみをミュートできます。組織外の参加者をミュートすることはできません。
- To drop a participant, beside their name, click End Call .
To leave the conference, on the top controls, click End Call .
会議は、残りの参加者が 1 人になるまで続行されます。
