Deprecation: Mobile messenger localization file storage S3 bucket

On the effective date, Genesys will no longer support the current Mobile Messenger localization file storage S3 bucket. Genesys is removing support because the current localization file storage S3 bucket:

• Belongs to the former Bold360 account, which Genesys will retire.
• Uses a public access link, which violates security policy.
• Requires manual updates by administrators and no automation exists. 

Genesys plans to move the localization files to a new storage space and change the URLs in the SDK for the translations.
