In a future release, Genesys Cloud enables flow designers to add the Call Audio Connector action within secure call flows in Architect. This enhancement extends Audio Connector support beyond regular call and in-queue flows, allowing secure bi-directional audio streaming between Genesys Cloud and third-party voice bots. With this update, organizations can integrate third-party bots into secure flows, enabling automation during sensitive conversations (for example, those in financial or healthcare contexts), without compromising compliance or customer trust. This improvement brings feature parity between secure and standard flows while maintaining security and flexibility in call automation.
