ISV applications add third-party features to Genesys Cloud. Download them through Genesys Cloud AppFoundry.
- Basic Applications are ISV applications that are integrated into Genesys Cloud and can be purchased directly from the marketplace or sold through assisted sales. Basic Apps do not offer a free trial.
- Premium Applications are ISV applications that are integrated into Genesys Cloud and can be can be purchased directly from the marketplace or sold through assisted sales. Premium Apps offer a free trial and come with additional marketing benefits defined in the AppFoundry Marketing Guide.
