Genesys CloudでServiceNowの統合を設定する

前提条件
  • Genesys Cloud と ServiceNow 間の安全な通信とリクエストの認証のための公開キーと秘密キーのペア。
  • Create OAuth client in Genesys Cloud for Unified Experience from Genesys and ServiceNow and get the client Id and client secret. For more information, see Configure OAuth client for ServiceNow integration.

統合を作成する前に、ServiceNow から次の情報を取得します。

  • ServiceNow インスタンス ドメイン– ServiceNowインスタンスのURLでは、https://<instance_domain> .service-now.com、<instance_domain>インスタンスを識別する一意のドメイン名です。
  • ServiceNow インスタンス ベース URL – ServiceNowインスタンスのURL、https://<instance_domain> .service-now.com は、特定の ServiceNow インスタンスにアクセスするために使用されます。
  • ServiceNow Openframe 構成 ID – に移動全て> OpenFrame 構成リストから特定の構成を選択します。右クリックして選択sys_idをコピー。sys_id は OpenFrame 構成 ID です。
  • ServiceNow 統合ユーザー ID – ServiceNow で Genesys Cloud を外部アプリケーションとして管理するために作成された専用ユーザー アカウントのユーザー ID 統合。詳細については、 ServiceNowで統合ユーザーを作成する。移動全て>ユーザー管理>ユーザー統合ユーザーを選択します。右クリックして選択sys_idをコピー。

ServiceNow の統合を作成するには:

  1. [管理]をクリックします。
  2. 「統合」の下で、統合をクリックします。
  3. 右上の「 Integrations」をクリックします。
  4. 検索するGenesysとServiceNowの統合エクスペリエンス統合とクリックインストール。
  5. (オプション) Genesys Cloud はデフォルト名を提供します。 名前を変更する場合は、その名前が一意であることを確認してください。
  6. クリック 設定 タブ。
  7. [プロパティ] で、ServiceNow に関する次の必須プロパティ値を入力します。
    • ServiceNow インスタンス ドメイン
    • ServiceNow インスタンス ベース URL
    • ServiceNow Openframe 構成 ID
    • グループフィルタリング
  8. [詳細] タブで、Genesys と ServiceNow 間のステータス マッピング構成を JSON 形式で指定します。詳細については、 Genesys CloudとServiceNow間のステータスをマッピングする。
  9. 資格情報タブで、設定。「資格情報の構成」ウィンドウが開き、次の詳細を入力します。
    • Private key for the ServiceNow integration. Copy the server.key created during the key pair creation. For more information, see Generate self-signed certificate.
    • ServiceNow Integration User ID. Use the sys_id of the integration user created in the ServiceNow platform. For more information, see Create an integration user in ServiceNow.

  10. OKをクリックし、 保存 をクリックします。
  11. 新しい統合を有効にするには、ステータスの切り替えアクティブ。
