Genesys Cloud ユーザーは、モバイル、デスクトップ、Web 上の Collaborate 全体で既読メッセージと未読メッセージのサーバー側同期のメリットを享受できるようになりました。この機能強化により、すべてのプラットフォームで一貫したメッセージ状態が確保され、次のような以前の問題が解決されます。

更新後に未読インジケーターが消える
グループチャット通知が予期せず消去される
見逃した未読メッセージ

Collaborate モバイルで読み取られたメッセージは、デスクトップおよび Web エクスペリエンスと自動的に同期されるようになりました。未読インジケーターはアプリを更新した後も確実に保持されるため、よりシームレスなメッセージングエクスペリエンスが提供されます。この更新後、ユーザーは次のような動作に気付く場合があります。

未読ルームが一時的に増加しました。この動作は、各部屋を開くと解決されます。
ルームが完全に読み込まれると、メッセージは既読専用としてマークされます。部屋を素早く切り替えたり、Esc キーを押したりすると、部屋に再度入室するまで未読インジケーターが表示されたままになる場合があります。
